Zan PerrionZan Perrion
The Gypsy Pirate

Zan Perrion is an internationally acclaimed writer and professional speaker with a wonderful ability to inform and inspire audiences toward excellence in all aspects of life.

Over the years, his name has become synonymous with a more natural and enlightened form of interaction between men and women... the Ars Amorata, or the art of love.

Zan's early writings and concepts have heavily influenced today's international "seduction community".

Frequently featured as a guest and presenter in many parts of the world, he has never varied from his concept of a more "natural" approach to women, dating, and life.

Zan's seminars and events sell out immediately and have garnered impressive reviews in every city they have been held, including Montreal, Toronto, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, New York, London, Panama, Tokyo, Warsaw, and Cape Town.

"Zan has one of the most amazing philosophies on life I have ever heard...

He spends his time moving towards beauty and away from things that are not beautiful. I hung out with the guy for only 3 days, but I am secure enough in my masculinity to say that if I was a woman, I'd have been all over him. Probably the coolest guy in the community..."
-- MK, Los Angeles

Author Neil Strauss devoted an entire chapter to him in his New York Times bestseller The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists, calling Zan "...the undisputed heavyweight of the genre... in four years, he never once asked for advice, he only gave it.".

David DeAngelo (of Double Your Dating) has called Zan "an example of a true natural". Mystery (of VH1's The Pickup Artist) has proclaimed "I want to be like Zan!"

The media has repeatedly called him "The World's Greatest Seducer". And in 2007, Zan played himself in the movie Let the Game Begin, starring Adam Rodriguez (of CSI: Miami), Thomas Ian Nicholas, Stephen Baldwin, Michael Madsen, and Natasha Henstridge.

Zan is a frequent guest on radio and television and has been featured in numerous newspaper and magazine articles, including Macleans and Men's Health, and has been a regular contributor to both Bobbi and UMM magazines.

In addition, Zan is frequently invited to give lectures at colleges and universities around the world, including UC Berkeley, McGill University, Queen’s University, the University of Calgary, the University of Monterrey, and the Humboldt University of Berlin, among others.

Zan is not a pickup artist... he is a romance artist.

To him, women are the highest form of art. And he has dedicated his life to the pursuit of beauty in all its forms, art in all its forms.

His biggest fans at the end of the day, however, are not men, but women. This is because he subscribes to the notion that all women are beautiful. Every woman he has ever been connected with still consider him a beautiful part of their lives.

Here's how Zan describes his philosophy:

"I am immensely curious, charmed and fascinated, on an adventure, itinerant, having enormous fun in life, never needy, never attached to the outcome, never serious, but always sincere...

I am a lover of beauty, in all its forms... art, in all its forms...

I am a lover of life and its immense potential...

I am a lover of women, and if your heart is sincere, you will understand exactly what that means...

I am the seducer seduced... yes, that’s what I am: if you could see even one tenth of the beauty I see in a woman, you too would be seduced, you too would believe, you too would live your life surrounded by boundless beauty and grace."

To this end, Zan travels around the world teaching his ideas on the dynamics of men and women, on relationships, on the art of living, and on the art of loving, the Ars Amorata...

Zan, thank you...

But I'm not here to say thank you for 'teaching me how to get good with girls'...

There was a time when I sucked with women, so then I became a pickup artist. Yeah, one of those 'entertainers' who did stupid mind games and had a trick or two up his sleeve...

And surprisingly, it worked. But there was always something missing... It was never me. I always loved and was curious about women... But that whole 'picking up women' took out all the curiousity, all the excitement out of a conversation and interacting with women... It felt so forced, predetermined, almost manipulative... All my conversations were the same, I knew what they were gonna say, and what I was gonna respond with... AND IT WAS AWFUL. Everytime I interacted, all I thought of were routines and tricks... wow.

And then I listened to your program, and it just really, really hit home. You taught me to not hide my love for women, and they love me for the better now.

So thank you for freeing me, for making me more real, more fun, honest, and well, more of a man. You said we should enjoy the interaction with the woman, being curious about her, and I found that within me...

And straight up, it hit me especially last week. I was with this girl, and I got to really know her... And the way she began talking to me was different, her body language, tone, expression... she REALLY opened up to me, and I think I loved that more than even spending the night with her... loving the interaction itself.

It was absolutely incredible and I just learned how to love women even more now. You turned me from a pick up artist into just an unapologetic woman-lover, and I never felt better.

So thank you.

All the Best to You...

"You have given me my dreams back...

It means so much to me to spend time with someone like you who obviously cares about what you do, and is so happy to share their insights and passion. It's hard to express in words what you have done for me, giving back my dreams is what it feels like..."
